This Court has gone through the contents of the application under disposal.

Though the intervention of the Court at this stage was not required and the Bank was always at liberty to proceed further as per the established procedure, fortunately, learned counsel for petitioner appears on advance notice and states that he would supply the current address as well as e-mail IDs of all the three petitioners to the respondent/learned counsel for respondent during the course of the day.

In view of the above, the applicant does not seek any further direction in the matter.
