% 25.01.2017 Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking production of his wife Sunita. Petitioner claims that Sunita is being illegally detained by respondent No.5 (her father) with the help of respondents No.6 & 7. Petitioner also claims to have married Sunita on 18.07.2016 against the wishes of Sunita's parents. On an advance copy having been served, Sunita is present in Court along with respondent No.5 - her father. Sunita submits that she is a major and she has voluntarily married the petitioner. She further submits that she would like to reside with her husband. The father of Sunita submits that he has no objection if she resides with the petitioner.
The petitioner submits that he would remain responsible for the welfare and well-being of his wife Sunita.
In view of the statements made, the present petition is disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to the parties, under the signatures of the Court Master.
