O R D E R

% 18.03.2019 Mr. Sanjoy Ghose, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits, upon instructions from the SHO of Police Station, GTB Enclave that the State is bound to comply with this Court's orders and the petitioner's security, in particular, his letter dated 26.12.2018 to the SHO, GTB Enclave shall be duly assessed and the security in terms of the Court's order will be provided to the petitioner for two weeks, after which the need for such security shall be re-assessed. He assures the Court that the matter will be looked into by the DCP concerned.

The petition is disposed-off in the above terms. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Court in case of any difficulty.
