Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The order dated 29.01.2025 passed by the Supreme Court records the settlement of the parties as has been entered. The Prayers 'a' and 'b' of the present application reads as under :- "(a) To direct closure of the captioned Petition in terms of order dated 29.01.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in in SLP (C)Nos. 10267-10268 of 2019;
(b)To direct the Registry of this Hon'ble Court to release to the Judgment Debtor No. 1 herein the original title deeds of the Farmland situated at village Smalkha, New Delhi, which is placed on the record of the captioned Petition vide order dated 24.08.2016 passed in the captioned Petition;
(c) To give such further or other directions as may be deemed just and proper in the circumstances of the preset case." 3.
