The present petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging wilful disobedience/ non-compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 21.01.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 11367/2021, whereby the Lookout-Circulars (LOCs) open against the petitioners were set aside.The operative directions therein read as under: - The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The petitioner contends that the concerned banks have not yet written to the Bureau of Immigration intimating about the aforesaid order as a result of which, the Bureau of Immigration has not amended its records as regards quashing of the LOCs in question.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.4/Bank of India submits that a communication was sent to the Bureau of Immigration upon the aforesaid order dated 22.01.2026 being passed regarding quashing of the LOC open against the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the Bureau of Immigration/respondent no.1is directed to take note of the directions contained in the aforesaid order dated 22.01.2026 and update the records accordingly. 7.

Accordingly, no impediment shall be posed to the petitioner's travel abroad on the basis of the LOC which stands quashed. However, the conditions as set out in the aforesaid order dated 22.01.2026 shall continue to operate.

The petitioner shall also be entitled to inform the Bureau of Immigration of the order dated 22.01.2026 and also the order passed in the present proceedings.

Needless to say, the aforesaid shall be subject to outcome of any LPA that may be preferred by any of the respondents against the aforesaid order dated 22.01.2026.
