"(i) Pass an order in favour of the petitioner, while directing the above mentioned case being CS(COMM) NO. 21/2024, titled as "Anita Gupta VS. Sonu", Counter claim being CS(Comm) No. 35/2024 titled as "Sonu Vs. Anita Gupta" and Ex. (COMM) No. 27/2024, titled as "Anita Gupta Vs. Sonu" pending in the court of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar Malhotra, Ld. Distt. Judge (Comm) (NorthEast) Karkardooma Court, Delhi to any other court in the same district, in the interest of justice.

(b) Pass any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court deem, fit and proper in the facts and circumstances and in the interest of justice."
