This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:

"(a) Issue a Writ of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction, directing Respondent No. 1 (National Testing Agency) to forthwith furnish certified copies of the NEET-UG 2020 and/or to file an affidavit before this Hon'ble Court disclosing the Petitioner's application number, roll number, marks obtained, percentile, and rank for the NEET-UG examination of 2020; (b) Direct Respondent No.

(National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences/NBEMS) to treat the affidavit filed by Respondent No. 1 (NTA), together with the order of this Hon'ble Court, as the NEET-UG scorecard of the Petitioner for the year 2020 for all relevant purposes The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

including the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE), in terms of the orders passed by Co-ordinate Benches of this Hon'ble Court in Fatima Latif Wani v. National Testing Agency & Ors., W.P(C) 11630/2025, and Suhana K.N. v. National Testing Agency & Ors., W.P.(C) 18352/2025;

(c) Issue a Writ of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction, directing Respondent No. 2 (National Medical Commission) to issue an Eligibility Certificate to the Petitioner on application for the same forthwith, enabling the Petitioner to apply for and appear in the FMGE and to practice medicine in India.

(d) Direct Respondent No. 3 (NBEMS) to process the FMGE application of the Petitioner and issue her an Admit Card for the forthcoming FMGE session upon receipt of the aforesaid affidavit of NTA and/or the order of this Hon'ble Court, dispensing with the requirement of the physical scorecard.

(e) Issue Rule Nisi in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d) above..."

The respondent No. 1 has filed a counter-affidavit, wherein the particulars of the marks obtained by petitioner in NEET-UG 2020 has been furnished. The relevant particulars of counter affidavit reads as under: The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The aforesaid marks and particulars as furnished by the respondent No. 2 shall be considered as the scorecard of NEET-UG 2020. Since, the said petitioner has not qualified the said examination, all other prayers have become infructuous.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms. 14.
