% 11.01.2016 Vide order dated 6th July, 2010 execution petition was adjourned sine die at the request of counsel for the decree holder with liberty to get it revived if and when the property is sold in execution. Six years have gone by since then. No application for revival of petition has been filed. Court notice was issued to the counsel for the parties, inasmuch as, decree holder has been duly served. Despite service no one appears for the decree holder. Accordingly, execution petition is disposed of with liberty to get it revived, if necessary.
