This is an application seeking preponement of the date of hearing. 2.

Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and the instant writ petition, accordingly, is taken up for hearing today itself.

The present petition raises a grievance as regards alleged unauthorized construction on plot bearing Nos.A-15 and A-16, Shiv Park, Khanpur, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice submits that the said properties have already been booked and a demolition order has also been passed qua thereto on 20.03.2024.It is submitted that the demolition action is scheduled to be taken on 08.04.2024. Learned counsel submits that the MCD shall not be remiss in taking the requisite action in accordance with law.

Taking the aforesaid statement on record and binding the MCD thereto, the present petition is disposed of. 6.

Needless to say, the concerned SHO, PS Neb Sarai shall render requisite assistance to the MCD, as may be sought for the purpose of the action proposed to be taken.
