Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents have not complied with the order of the learned Division Bench dated 04.12.2018 passed in W.P.(C) 1261/2017 captioned as Govt. of NCT of Delhi And Ors Vs. Beena Devi and Ors and batch. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and to file a petition before the appropriate bench.

In view of above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty so sought, granted.
