Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing the FIR No. 101/2018 under Section 420/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, dated 20.04.2018 registered at Police Station Dwarka North.

The quashing is essentially sought on the facts as contained in the Complaint.

Learned ASC for the State, submits that the Charge-Sheet has been filed in the Court.
