The present bail application has been filed seeking extension of interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.01.2020 and modified vide order dated 11.02.2020 in FIR No. 337/2013 under Sections 302/201 IPC & 25/27/54 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sonia Vihar, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has enrolled for the course of Diploma in Dairy Technology (DDT). He submits that as per the requirements, the petitioner is required to attend the practical counselling sessions in order to be eligible to appear in the exams. 3.
The verification report/status report has been placed on record, wherein it has been stated that 75% attendance is required to appear in the exams.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier been released on interim bail and he has not misused the concession of interim bail granted to him.

Learned APP for the State submits that the trial is at the stage of defence evidence.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.01.2020 and modified by the order dated 11.02.2020 is extended upto 09.05.2020 on the same terms and conditions. 7.
With the above directions, the bail application is disposed of. 8.
