Petitioner seeks a direction to Respondent No. 1 to de-seal the property i.e. Second Floor of Property bearing No. F-60, Malhotra Building, Connaught Place, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that subject property is owned by the Petitioner and was rented out to M/s. Flashbolt Hospitality Pvt. Ltd and there are some alleged dues of M/s Flashbolt Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. of the Tax Authorities, consequent to which, the subject premises was sealed. He submits that after the service of the petition, Respondent No. 1 has de-sealed the property on 19.03.2024. withdraw the petition reserving the right of the Petitioner to initiate further action, if required in law.
