W.P.(C) 2488/2020 & C.M. No. 8674/2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application to seek rectification under Section 154 is pending consideration before the Assessing Officer.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, states that the said application would be disposed of within two weeks. The same be done after granting the petitioner a hearing and by a reasoned order. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of at this stage.
