Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage.

The statement of prosecutrix is to be recorded on 27.02.2024, the IO shall ensure that prosecutrix appears on the said date, before the learned trial court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/victim is also informed about the vulnerable witness room facility which is available for witnesses. The same is used for the purpose of recording statement of vulnerable witnesses, whereby the victim and accused cannot interact with each other.
