The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "a. Issue the writ of mandamus/ direction / order of like nature thereby transferring the case FIR No. 136/2024 registered U/ s 363 IPC at P. S. Dayalpur, Delhi to Anti Kidnapping Cell/ CBI for tracing out the daughter of the petitioner and take legal action as per law against the culprits;

proper in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents;" 4.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel, on advance notice, on instructions, submits that the present FIR will be transferred to Anti Human Trafficking Unit, Crime Branch.
