The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "A. Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ direction/order directing inquiry by the CBI and/or ED into the massive financial and cheating fraud done by the Private Respondent cheating thousands of innocent people of their money, including the Petitioner, and also return the amount deposited by the Petitioner and other victims, to the Petitioner and other victims of the fraud respectively. B. Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."
