At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent raises a preliminary objection to the effect that the present petition is not maintainable inasmuch as the petitioner has a remedy of filing an appeal against the impugned order dated 25.02.2025 as prescribed under Section 35 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999.

In view thereof, after some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal as prescribed under Section 35 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999 against the impugned order dated 25.02.2025. 3.
The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
