The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 17th May, 2017, copy whereof is handed over and taken on record. Both the parties are present in Court and they confirm the settlement agreement dated 17th May, 2017. Learned counsel for the appellant has handed over the three post dated cheques to the respondent in terms of the settlement agreement. This appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement.
