By way of this petition the petitioner is seeking extension of parole which is expiring on 8.3.2020. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the mother of the petitioner has expired on 17.2.2020 and the property, which is in the name of the mother, has to be partitioned between the siblings.

Learned ASC for the State has no objection if the parole of the petitioner is extended as out of the maximum sentence of 10 years he has already undergone 9 years.

In this view, the parole of the petitioner is extended for a period of two weeks on the same terms and conditions. 4.
