% 07.12.2018 CM APPL51222/2018 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants have paid the settlement amount of Rs.3,10,000/- to the claimants in terms of the order dated 08th March, 2018 and therefore, the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- be refunded back to the appellants. Mr.S.N. Parashar, learned counsel for the claimants confirms the receipt of the settlement amount by the claimants. The application is allowed and the Registry is directed to refund the statutory amount along with interest accrued thereon to the appellants. J.R. MIDHA, J.
