Appl.(OS) 165/2015 (for directions to JD to pay Rs.1,99,13,875 as due and payable on 12.02.2015 to the DC), Ex. Appl.(OS)166/2015 (for attachment of the bank account and adinterim orders) The petitioner, by this petition, seeks execution of Award dated 09.08.2000. It is contended by the learned counsel for the Decree Holder that the entire payment under the said Award, as settled between the parties, has been received.

He submits that the Award/Decree stands satisfied.

In view of the above, satisfaction of the Award dated 09.08.2000 is recorded.

The petition and the pending applications are, accordingly, disposed of.
