O R D E R

The Settlement Agreement dated 25th October, 2024 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. th February, 2.

The parties were referred to mediation vide order dated 19 2024, wherein, they have successfully settled their disputes and have executed the Settlement Agreement dated 25th October, 2024.

As per the Settlement Agreement, the parties have amicably resolved their disputes forming subject matter of the present suit in terms of a confidential statement made by the defendants to the plaintiff, which has jointly been signed by the parties, and put in a sealed cover. 4.

They have agreed that the terms contained in the Settlement Agreement shall be kept confidential and the same shall not be disclosed to any third party.

The statement of settlement has been handed over to this Court across the board. The Court has perused the terms of the compromise and finds the same to be lawful.

Accordingly, the following directions are issued: I.

The suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 25th October, 2024.

II.

The statement accompanying the Settlement Agreement, be kept in a sealed cover, by the Registry of this Court.

III.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the aforesaid settlement. IV.

In view of the fact that the parties have arrived at a settlement, Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of full court fees to the plaintiff.

V.

Since, the present suit concerns environmental issues, the plaintiff is expected to use the said amount of court fees, as refunded by this Court, towards environmental causes. The plaintiff shall file an affidavit to this effect, after utilizing the said amount towards the aforesaid cause.

Let decree sheet be drawn up.
