Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the FIR No. 193/2023 registered under Section 174-A of the IPC.

It is submitted that the learned MM has quashed the Section 82 proceedings vide Order dated 19.03.2024.

In view of the Order of Section 82, which was the basis for the FIR, the same is hereby quashed.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of along with the pending Applications.
