Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh giving better particulars. 2.

The petition and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

At this stage Mr Tikku, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner requests that the copies of the application, along with annexures filed by the petitioner, may be provided as the petitioner has not retained any copy of those documents.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents state that all the documents are lying in a sealed cover with the District Judge.

In the circumstances, the concerned District Judge is directed to deseal the said documents, prepare a copy of the application filed by the

petitioner and other accompanying documents and re-seal the documents. The respondents would provide a copy of the same to the petitioner on such a request being made along with the necessary costs. 5.
