% 28.02.2020 Affidavit has been filed on behalf of NDMC. As per the affidavit, demolition proceedings have taken place on the 4th and 5th floor. Further demolition is proposed subsequently.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 4 and 5, who are occupants of 2nd and 3rd floor submit that they have filed an appeal before ATMCD, which is pending adjudication. Learned ATMCD will deal with the petition filed by respondent Nos. 4 and 5 as per law uninfluenced by any observations made by this Court.

NDMC will take steps on the property as per law. The concerned SHO will assist the NDMC in completing the appropriate action as per law. After action is taken, NDMC will intimate the petitioner about the steps

taken.

Nothing further survives in the petition. The petition stands disposed of.
