Learned senior counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that while arguing the matter it is revealed that challenge to decision dated 05.04.2022 is necessitated being against the statutory provision. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh. However, the prayer is that the interim protection granted during the pendency of this petition be continued for three weeks from today.
