CM(M) 451/2019 & CM APPL. 12594/2019 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition submitting to the effect that the suit in relation to which the prayer was made by the present petitioner seeking to be arrayed on record as party thereof i.e. CS No. 26508/16 has already been withdrawn by the plaintiff thereof on 11.03.2019 and the copy of the order in relation thereto of the learned Trial Court has been placed on record.
