The limited relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is that the respondents be directed to process the applications bearing Nos. 2024-5609 dated 16.09.2024, 2024-5611 dated 16.09.2024, 2024-5579 dated 13.09.2024, 2024-5603 dated 16.09.2024, 2024-5604 dated 16.09.2024, 2024-5612 dated 16.09.2024 and 2024-5606 dated 16.09.2024 moved by the petitioner before the respondent no. 1 for grant of License/Certificate of Conformity in respect of various products i.e., Wireless Headphone, Earphones, Power Banks etc. which require compulsory certification from the respondent no.1 in accordance with the Indian Standard IS 616: 2017 and IS 13252 (Part 1): 2010.
