% 15.01.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer for expeditious disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 23rd December, 2015 addressed to the Chairman, NCTE. Mr. Soni, learned standing counsel for NCTE has no objection to the same.

Consequently, the present writ petition and application are disposed of with a direction to the Chairman, NCTE to decide the petitioner's representation dated 23rd December, 2015 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks.
