This is the petition filed by the Petitioner seeking parole for a period of six weeks to enable him to arrange the funds and deposit the last and final instalment with Delhi Police Multi State Cooperative Group Housing Society, Malviya Nagar, Delhi with whom the petitioner has booked a 3BHK flat.

It is informed that the representation made by the petitioner to Government of NCT of Delhi on 16.11.2015 for grant of parole, which was forwarded by the jail authorities vide diary No.4365, has not been decided till date.

In the given circumstances, the competent authority/Govt. of NCT of Delhi is directed to dispose of the application/representation of the Petitioner W.P.(CRL) 131/2016

within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is also directed that order shall also be communicated to the Petitioner through Jail Superintendent.

The writ petition stands disposed of with above directions. Copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
