% 22.04.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per instructions they want to withdraw the present petition.

Learned counsel submits that since the petitioner is withdrawing the present petition the amount deposited vide order dated 18.03.2019 be released to the petitioner along with the interest accrued thereon. Let the amount deposited be released along with the interest accrued thereon, if any, as per rules.

In view of the above, the present petition along with pending application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
