% 20.03.2020 Crl.M.A.No.5466/2020 The petitioner was granted interim bail in terms of order dated 06.03.2020 which was extended on same terms and conditions till 19.03.2020 to enable him to get the surgery planned in time, per order dated 16.03.2020.

This application is moved for extension of interim bail. The medical documents have been verified by the police and the status report dated 19.03.2020 notes:- " Patient Daya a case of VVF, who was stitches and requires a surgery on 23rd March, 2020 for closure of Fistula, the surgery will be done if patient turns up for PAC on 21st March, 2020. Surgery has been delayed by the patient and will be done on finally on 23rd March, 2020 and no extension of surgery date will be done and patient will be discharged 2nd day, she will require rest and attendant for maximum 1-2 weeks, depend on her recovery." Considering the above stated facts, the interim bail of petitioner stands extended for a period of another two weeks from today on the earlier terms and conditions. The application stands disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti under signature of the Court Master.
