O R D E R

1.

The present petition has been preferred by the petitioner assailing the order dated 15.12.2022 passed by the learned Family Court, Rohini, Delhi in Maintenance Petition No.588/2021 vide which, the present petitioner's defence was struck off.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection to the said prayer, provided the entire arrears to the tune of Rs.2 lacs be paid by the petitioner and that the petitioner be bound to regularly paying the amount of interim maintenance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, undertakes that the entire arrears of Rs.2 lacs would be cleared within four weeks from today with a further undertaking of paying the interim maintenance regularly. Learned counsel for the petitioner also assures that no further adjournment will be sought before the Trial Court. The petitioner's undertaking is taken on record. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner as well as no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondents, the petition is allowed, subject to the payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid by the petitioner to the respondents within six weeks from today. 5.
