% 19.01.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks liberty to withdraw the suit. The same is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Mr. Sharma submits that in case the plaintiff has any claim arising under the MOUs dated 25.06.2015 and 26.07.2015, the same may be claimed by the plaintiff.

In respect of causes of action, if any, which may have arisen post the filing of the present suit, or may arise in future, under the said MOUs, the plaintiff may agitate its claims. However, it is made clear that no liberty is given to the plaintiff in respect of the rights/claims which have already been raised in the present suit. Dasti.
