% 04.03.2020 Mr. Mayank Manish, who appears for the petitioner institute, seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to take recourse to an appropriate remedy insofar as the letter dated 7.11.2019 is concerned. To be noted, the letter dated 07.11.2019 is appended on page 41 of the paper book and marked as annexure P-1. This communication has been sent back by Karnataka University to the petitioner institute. Ms. Dwivedi, who appears for respondents, says that she will have the order of the Appeal Committee communicated to the petitioner as soon as the same is passed.

Pending the decision of the Appeal Committee, the web-portal of SRC shall indicate that the petitioner is a recognized institute. To be noted, this direction was issued by this Court on 9.8.2019 in W.P.(C) No.8713/2019 filed by the petitioner against the respondents.
