W.P.(CRL) 622/2020 Ms. Preeti Kumari, the 19 year old daughter of Mr. Suman Shah, has appeared before us and expressed a desire of her own free will, to reside at her parental home at E-940, Ramphaul Chowk, Palam Colony, New Delhi. In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this habeas corpus petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
However, in view of the apprehension expressed by Ms. Preeti Kumari, the SHO of Police Station Palam Village is directed to ensure her security and safety by providing her with his mobile telephone number, as well as, that of the beat constable of the concerned Police Station. No other directions are called for.
With the above directions, the present Writ Petition is dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
