Learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly concedes that the eviction order has not been passed against the Petitioners. He, however, seeks to impugn a finding contained therein.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition to file an appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

The present Petition along with pending application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty sought for.
