This is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking leave to withdraw this petition in terms of the communication dated 10.10.2024 and O.M. dated 29.05.2023 of the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance and NHAI SOP 2.1.60/2023 dated 04.07.2023, 03.10.2023 & 11.10.2023.

It is stated that the Petitioner has placed a request under the Vivad se Vishvas-II (Contractual Disputes) Scheme for one time settlement of the arbitral award dated 20.11.2018 and the withdrawal is being sought to enable its claim to be processed.
