The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking release of the petitioner on first spell of furlough for a period of three weeks. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application for furlough was filed on 03.02.2025 and has not been decided as yet.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that no such application was ever received. 4.

The petitioner has provided the despatch details of the application filed by him seeking furlough. The said application seems to have been lost and not traceable.
