Transfer Petition (Crl.) No. 15/2019 and Crl. M. A. No. 5858/2019 Present petition has been filed under Section 407 Cr.PC read with Section 482 Cr.PC seeking transfer of criminal case arising out of FIR No. 40/2018 under Section 498A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station - Nanakpura, pending before the court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi to Saket Court Complex or Patiala House Court Complex. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Accordingly, the present petition along with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted.
