% 18.01.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 23.11.2015 vide which the warrants of attachment had been ordered against the petitioner/legal heirs of deceased JD returnable for 18.01.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the property in question i.e. property being No. WZ-36, Basai Dara Pur, New Delhi belonged to the JD and it was during his own lifetime i.e. in the year 2005 that he had sold this property. Admittedly as per the petitioner/legal heirs of deceased JD No. 4, the petitioner had no interest in this property i.e. property being No. WZ-36, Basai Dara Pur, New Delhi which as per her averments both written and orally submitted before this Court has been sold by the husband during his life time. If that be the position, why the petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of warrants of attachment is not clear to the Court.

This petition is without any merit. Dismissed. INDERMEET KAUR, J JANUARY 18, 2016
