% 04.03.2020 This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ to direct respondents No.1 to 3 to carry out demarcation of Khasra No.283/53 min(40) and 161/2 min(16-12) Revenue Estate of village Mukandpur, Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out to an application dated 24.12.2019 which has been filed before the concerned Tehsildar for carrying out appropriate demarcation. It is further stated that the requisite fee has already been deposited. The date for demarcation was fixed on 26.2.2020 but the needful was not done.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that certain permissions are required for carrying out the necessary demarcation. Let the respondents carry out the necessary steps, as per law, regarding the application of the petitioner seeking demarcation as noted above within three months from today.

Petition stands disposed of. Copy of the order be given Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
