The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.03/2016 registered under Sections 323/342/452/354/354B/506/509/376 IPC at PS Vasant Kunj (North). Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 01.01.2016. Initially, FIR was registered under Sections 323/342/452/354/354B/506/509 IPC.

In her 164 Cr.P.C. statement, allegations for commission of rape were made and Section 376 IPC was added. The parties were acquainted with each other since long. They lived in the same vicinity. Physical relations took place between the two albeit on the alleged promise to marry. Investigation is complete and charge-sheet is expected to be filed shortly. BAIL APPLN. 112/2016

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
