Without prejudice to the objections of the respondent on the issue of maintainability of the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of with the consent order that respondent will provide a chart containing detailed calculations under different heads as to what were the amounts payable to the petitioner on account of services of the petitioner's husband as an employee of the respondent and such chart of calculations with the details of the amounts paid will be given to the petitioner/petitioner's counsel within a period of four weeks from today. 2.
So far as the relief that petitioner be granted compassionate W.P.(C) No.1167/2016
appointment is concerned, counsel for the respondent states that petitioner's request of compassionate appointment will be considered by the respondent in accordance with the policy and rules, and an order to this effect will be passed within three months and will be communicated to the petitioner accordingly.

Writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid consent order and observations.
