After some arguments, Mr. Jain, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present application and file the same in the learned Trial court.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Mr. Jain, learned counsel points out to the judgment dated 25.04.2023 passed by this Court and submits the names of the counsel who had appeared for the petitioner as well as for the respondent have been recorded wrongly.

A perusal of para 4 and para 7 of the said judgment, it is clear that the names have been incorrectly recorded. For the purpose of record, the name of the counsel for the petitioner be recorded as By:VINOD KUMAR 16:39:49

In view of the above, necessary corrections be carried out and a corrigendum be issued with regard thereto and copy of the order may be uploaded on the website.
