In the present case, on 4th October, 2024, the counsel for the petitioner submitted before the Court that he has not been receiving instructions from the petitioner.

Accordingly, vide order dated 4th October, 2024, a Court notice was issued to the petitioner and the matter was placed before the Joint Registrar on 11th December, 2024.

In the order dated 11th December, 2024, passed by the Joint Registrar, it was noted that the petitioner had been served on 21st October, 2024, however, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

Today also none appears on behalf of the petitioner. 5.
