Learned counsel for the parties state that an amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 25.02.2025, a copy of which has been placed on record. Learned counsels further submit, upon instructions, that the parties undertake to abide by the terms of the aforesaid settlement. The undertaking is accepted and taken on record and the parties are made bound by the same. 2.

The petition along with pending applications stands disposed of in above terms.
