The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the star witness, namely, Gaya Prasad, has already been examined. He submits that since the star witness has rightly not identified the petitioner, he would like to withdraw the present petitions and approach the learned Trial Court. 2.

The present petitions, along with the pending applications, are dismissed as withdrawn.
