The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has given his consent for extension of time for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the award effective from April 08, 2020. Accordingly, the time for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of four months effective from April 08, 2020.
